Amends the definition of "sex" in Minnesota's Human Rights Act to specify that a person's sex is either male or female as biologically defined.

Exempts employer facilities including restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms from sexual orientation protections, requiring access based only on biological sex.

Prohibits claims of nontraditional identity or sexual orientation from overriding another person's privacy rights based on biological sex in gender-specific facilities.

Requires employers and public schools to restrict access to restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms (other than single-occupancy facilities) based solely on biological sex, with exceptions for young children with guardians, people with disabilities, and emergency personnel.

Exempts nonpublic youth service organizations (sports, scouting, arts, agricultural) from sexual orientation qualifications for employees and volunteers.
