Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 144.565, subdivision 4, to modify definitions related to diagnostic imaging facilities and services.

Excludes dental clinics and offices from the definition of "diagnostic imaging facility" when performing diagnostic imaging exclusively through dental cone beam computerized tomography.

Excludes dental cone beam computerized tomography from the definition of "diagnostic imaging service," which includes MRI, CT, PET, and SPECT scans using fixed, portable, or mobile equipment.

Defines "diagnostic imaging facility" as a non-hospital health care facility offering diagnostic imaging services in Minnesota, regardless of equipment ownership or lease status, including physician offices, clinics, mobile transport vehicles, outpatient imaging centers, and surgical centers.

Establishes definitions for "financial or economic interest," "fixed equipment," "mobile equipment," "portable equipment," and "provider of diagnostic imaging services" for purposes of the statute.
