Amends Minnesota Statutes section 144.0724, subdivision 4, to modify resident assessment requirements for long-term care facilities used in case mix classification for reimbursement.

Adds conditional language requiring a significant change in status assessment when all speech, occupational, and physical therapies have ended, unless the most recent OBRA assessment does not result in a case mix classification.

Adds conditional language requiring a significant change in status assessment when isolation for an infectious disease has ended, unless isolation was not coded on the most recent OBRA comprehensive or quarterly assessment completed.

Allows the Minnesota Commissioner of Health to substitute successor versions of the Long Term Care Facility Resident Assessment Instrument User's Manual published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
