Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 146B.04, subdivision 1, relating to temporary licensure for guest body art artists.

Requires the commissioner to receive guest artist applications at least 14 calendar days before the applicant conducts a body art procedure.

Application must include the guest artist's name, home address, date of birth, sponsoring licensed technician's name, starting and completion dates, and proof of current body art credentials from other jurisdictions.

Requires proof of satisfactorily completed coursework within the year preceding application covering bloodborne pathogens, disease transmission prevention, infection control, and aseptic technique, approved by the commissioner.
