Expands pharmacist authority to collect specimens, interpret results, and refer patients for follow-up care related to waived laboratory tests under federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act.

Allows pharmacists to initiate, order, and administer all FDA-authorized or approved vaccines to individuals three years of age and older (previously limited to age six for COVID-19 vaccines and age 13 for other vaccines) under written protocol with a physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse.

Permits pharmacists to delegate vaccine administration authority to pharmacy technicians or pharmacy interns who complete ACPE-approved immunization training and maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.

Requires medical assistance to cover vaccines and laboratory tests initiated, ordered, or administered by licensed pharmacists at rates equal to those paid for the same services provided by other licensed practitioners, effective January 1, 2023, or upon federal approval.
