Appropriates $20,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of Brooklyn Park.

Funds will support acquisition and improvement of property, predesign, design, construction, engineering, furnishing, and equipment of a new fire station with multiagency emergency operations center space.

Funded facility will include regional training opportunities and associated site improvements.

No nonstate contribution is required from Brooklyn Park.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $20,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds, effective the day following final enactment.
