Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 462.357, subdivision 1, to add industrialized or modular residential buildings to structures that municipalities cannot prohibit through zoning regulations.

Industrialized or modular buildings for residential use must be built in conformance with Minnesota Rules, chapter 1361, and comply with all other applicable zoning ordinances.

Adds these building types to existing protections that already prohibit regulations from restricting earth sheltered construction, relocated residential buildings, and manufactured homes.
