Reinstates the "rule of 90" for members of the Teachers Retirement Association and St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association, allowing members whose attained age plus credited allowable service totals 90 years to retire without early retirement reductions.

Applies the rule of 90 to both basic and coordinated members under multiple retirement formula provisions in Minnesota Statutes section 354.44, subdivision 6.

Extends the rule of 90 to St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association coordinated members under Minnesota Statutes section 354A.31, subdivision 7.

Effective July 1, 2022 for both amended statutes sections.
