• Appropriates $9,000,000 in fiscal year 2021 for emergency services grants to provide housing for homeless individuals exposed to COVID-19, purchase hygiene and sanitation supplies, and hire staff to protect health and wellness of program recipients.

• Appropriates $4,306,000 in fiscal year 2021 to establish and maintain isolation spaces for suspected or confirmed COVID-19-positive individuals experiencing homelessness or unable to safely isolate at home.

• Appropriates $4,235,000 in fiscal year 2021 to increase room and board rates by 10.7 percent under Minnesota Statutes chapter 256I to maintain access to room and board facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• All three appropriations are one-time only and available until June 30, 2021, or 60 days after expiration of the governor's COVID-19 peacetime emergency declaration, whichever occurs earlier; unexpended amounts cancel to the general fund.
