Defines "auxiliary" as an auxiliary organization affiliated with a veterans of foreign wars organization in the state.

Allows gambling managers for veterans of foreign wars organizations to be either an active member of the organization or a member of an auxiliary affiliated with the organization, both requiring at least 90 days of membership at time of application.

Maintains the 90-day active membership requirement for gambling managers of all other organizations.

Maintains existing disqualifications for gambling manager licenses, including prior license revocation, criminal convictions involving fraud/theft/tax evasion/misrepresentation/gambling, and conduct contrary to public health or gambling integrity.

All provisions become effective the day following final enactment.
