Appropriates $12,850,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2023 to offset increased school construction costs due to COVID-19 pandemic inflation and supply chain disruptions.

Distributes aid to three specific school districts that passed referendums between April 1, 2019, and December 1, 2020: Independent School District No. 696 (Ely) receives $4,400,000, ISD No. 2909 (Rock-Ridge) receives $6,800,000, and ISD No. 238 (Mabel-Canton) receives $1,650,000.

Requires 100 percent of aid to be paid in the current fiscal year.

Designates this as a onetime appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
