Appropriates $1,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Cascade Township for wastewater infrastructure improvements.

Funds will support construction, furnishing, and equipping of wastewater collection infrastructure extensions to connect homes in the Cascade Township Subordinate Sewer District to the Rochester wastewater collection and treatment system.

Project includes lift stations and other necessary wastewater infrastructure for collection and transmission.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $1,500,000 in state bonds to provide the appropriated funds.

Appropriation is available only when the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient funding is committed to complete the project; effective the day following final enactment.
