Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 169.865, subdivision 1a to expand the definition of "qualifying agricultural products" for special farm products permits.

Adds "conditioned or unconditioned grass seed" as a seventh category of qualifying agricultural products eligible for special farm permits.

Maintains existing six categories: agricultural crops, livestock, food crops, fluid milk, seed and material for livestock and poultry feed, and livestock manure.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
