Extends the effective date for mandatory reporting requirements for certain youth recreation program employees from June 1, 2022 to June 1, 2023.

Modifies the legislative task force on child protection to require legislation on mandatory reporting modifications for private or public youth recreation programs by February 15, 2023 (changed from February 15, 2022).

Changes task force member terms to expire on December 31 of odd-numbered years instead of even-numbered years following their appointment.

Moves initial task force appointments deadline from July 15, 2021 to July 15, 2022 and first meeting convening from August 15, 2021 to August 15, 2022.

Extends the task force expiration date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025 and requires a legislative report by February 1, 2024 on child protection system implementation progress and funding needs.
