Expands licensed practical nurse scope of practice in assisted living facilities to allow assignment of nursing tasks to unlicensed personnel and other licensed practical nurses, with supervision and evaluation requirements.

Increases advisory council membership from 8 to 10 persons, adding two additional representatives from Minnesota assisted living facility licensees to the board composition.

Applies Minnesota Food Code standards only to facilities with more than 10 licensed residents, allowing smaller facilities to follow alternative standards in Minnesota Rules part 4665.2700.
