Appropriates $725,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Minnetonka.

Grant funds acquisition, predesign, and design of a public space adjacent to the Southwest Light Rail Transit Opus station.

Public space will include a linear plaza, interactive art and play area, splash pad, dog park, great lawn, amphitheater, shelters, trail connections, bike share space, bike parking, and overlook.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $725,000 to fund the appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
