Establishes a $1,500 annual grant for students enrolled in law enforcement associate degree programs, awarded at the beginning of the academic term and distributed evenly across two terms.

Requires students to meet existing eligibility requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 136A.121, subdivision 2, enroll in at least nine credits, and attend an eligible institution.

Sets a lifetime grant limit of $3,000 per student.

Requires students to apply through a process specified by the commissioner.
