Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 244.052, subdivision 4a, to modify residency requirements for level III predatory offenders released from confinement or residential facilities.

Requires supervising agencies to consider proximity of offender residences to other level III offenders and to schools, day care centers, vulnerable adult residences, and child gathering locations.

Directs agencies to mitigate concentration of level III offenders and their proximity to schools, day care centers, vulnerable adult residences, and child gathering locations to the greatest extent feasible.

Prohibits hotels, motels, lodging establishments, or apartment building owners with domestic abuse victim shelter agreements from knowingly renting to both level III offenders and domestic abuse victims simultaneously.

Allows property managers with domestic abuse victim housing agreements to evict offenders upon discovering or being informed that a tenant is a level III offender after a lease is signed.
