Requires the commissioner of human services to annually adjust payment rates for home health agency services based on the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Home Health Agency Market Basket index.

Requires the commissioner of human services to annually adjust payment rates for home care nursing services based on the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Home Health Agency Market Basket index.

Commissioner must use indices forecasted for the midpoint of the prior rate year to the midpoint of the current rate year when calculating adjustments.

Effective July 1, 2021, or upon federal approval (whichever is later), for services delivered on or after January 1, 2022.

Commissioner of human services must notify the revisor of statutes when federal approval is obtained.
