Permits APRNs to request ambulance transports and authorize seclusion or physical holds in healthcare facilities, with same authority as physicians and registered nurses.

Expands roles for APRNs in health assessments, long-term care evaluations, ventilator-dependent patient training, emergency medical response, and psychotherapy definitions.

Ensures APRNs can serve as designated health plan representatives for ambulance reimbursement approvals and provide supervision and consultation in family adult day services and other care settings.
