$1,750,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to Dodge County for Wasioja Historic District seminary ruins stabilization and improvements in Dodge County.

Funds to be used for predesign, design, and construction of stabilization work on the seminary ruins and construction of a walkway to the middle of the ruins to preserve and enhance access to the district.

Funds to be used for property acquisition in the Wasioja Historic District and construction of a fence surrounding the ruins.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,750,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Appropriation is available only when the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project as required by Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.502; effective the day following final enactment.
