Prohibits peace officers from being discharged, disciplined, or threatened with discipline by state, county, or municipal law enforcement agencies based on a prosecutor's determination that they failed to disclose exculpatory evidence or inclusion on a Brady-Giglio list.

Defines "Brady-Giglio list" as a designation of peace officers deemed Brady-impaired by prosecutors, including officers who may not have disclosed all impeachment information or violated pretrial discovery rules.

Establishes a task force led by the Commissioner of Public Safety consisting of the Attorney General, a district court judge, and representatives from eight law enforcement and attorney associations.

Task force must examine and recommend on disclosure of officer personnel files, implementing a statewide Brady-Giglio system, identifying impartial investigation entities, and establishing procedures and due process protections for list placement and removal.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to legislative committees by December 1, 2022, and expires upon report submission.
