Adjusts human services forecast appropriations to the Department of Human Services from Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 7, article 16, for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.

Reduces total appropriations by $349,333,000 in fiscal year 2022 and increases by $97,064,000 in fiscal year 2023.

Adjusts funding across multiple programs including MFIP/DWP, child care assistance, general assistance, housing support, Minnesota Care, and medical assistance.

Reduces general fund appropriations by $234,016,000 in fiscal year 2022 and increases by $120,525,000 in fiscal year 2023.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
