Appropriates $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Isuroon, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Funds are designated for renovation of property located at 1600 Lake Street in South Minneapolis, including predesign, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping.

Project supports Isuroon's mission to provide support to immigrant women and mental health counseling services.

Appropriation is a onetime allocation and must be expended by June 30, 2024.
