Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 176.011, subdivision 18 to modify weekly wage calculations for agricultural workers' compensation.

Creates special rule for workers employed in agriculture fewer than 30 calendar days per year who have concurrent employment or are regularly employed by two or more employers.

Requires weekly wage for qualifying agricultural workers to be calculated as either five times the daily agricultural wage or based on concurrent employment, whichever is higher.

Prevents inclusion of both agricultural and other concurrent employment wages in the calculation, instead requiring use of the single highest option.
