Amends Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 7, subdivision 24 to change the recipient of flood mitigation funding from Scott County to the McMahon Lake Improvement District.

Appropriates $600,000 in bond proceeds for a state share of a flood hazard mitigation grant for publicly owned capital improvements on McMahon Lake.

Grant funds designated to prevent or alleviate flood damage on McMahon Lake under Minnesota Statutes, section 103F.161, subject to section 16A.695.

Effective the day following final enactment.
