Grant funds a food relief facility in Columbia Heights to provide food shelf services, grocery delivery for seniors and people with disabilities, and basic needs support.

Appropriation covers predesign, design, construction, engineering, furnishing, and equipping of the facility.

Appropriation remains available until project completion or abandonment under Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.
