Establishes a reintegration driver's license for individuals released from at least 180 consecutive days of confinement in an adult correctional facility whose license was suspended, revoked, canceled, or denied.

Requires proof of insurance for applicants whose license was revoked under DWI-related statutes (sections 169.792 or 169.797) before issuance of reintegration license.

Prohibits issuance of class A, B, or C reintegration licenses and denies eligibility to certain individuals listed in section 171.04.

Applications must be submitted within one year of release and no application or license fees may be charged.

Full driving privileges are automatically reinstated after one year of maintaining a valid reintegration license without cancellation or suspension for child support nonpayment, provided applicable reinstatement fees are paid.
