Appropriates $6,685,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Bagley for drinking water and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements.

Authorized improvements include predesign, design, engineering, construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of drinking water infrastructure, including water main replacement and sanitary sewer infrastructure.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $6,685,000 to fund the appropriation, governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
