Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2023 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to YWCA St. Paul

Grant funds are designated for predesign and design of the YWCA building renovation located on Western Avenue in St. Paul

Appropriation becomes available only when the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502

Appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642
