Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 161.114, subdivision 2, to modify the description of Legislative Route 25.

Changes Route 25 endpoint description from "at west of Big Lake and east of Becker" to "at west of Big Lake and east of Becker" while adding "the Big Lake and Becker area" to the list of communities served.

Becomes effective only after the commissioner of transportation receives an agreement with Sherburne County to transfer jurisdiction of the affected portion of Legislative Route 25 from County State-Aid Highway 11 to marked U.S. Highway 10.

Requires the commissioner to notify the revisor of statutes electronically or in writing that all conditions for the route transfer have been satisfied before the amendment takes effect.
