Appropriates $26,575,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the adjutant general for military affairs readiness center renovation projects.

Allocates $20,960,000 to construct and equip renovation of the Rosemount Readiness Center, including mechanical, electrical, building envelope, energy efficiency, and life safety improvements.

Provides $800,000 for Fergus Falls Readiness Center, $855,000 for Moorhead Readiness Center, and $3,960,000 for Marshall Readiness Center as additional appropriations beyond prior funding.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $26,575,000 to fund the appropriation, following Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
