Authorizes the conveyance of two parcels of bond-financed state property to the city of Two Harbors at no cost for outdoor recreation facilities.

Property remains classified as state bond-financed property after conveyance and must comply with Minnesota Statutes section 16A.695, all applicable state and federal laws, and cannot cause federal income tax on related state general obligation bonds.

Attorney general must approve the conveyance form and may correct legal descriptions for accuracy and errors.

Commissioner of Natural Resources has determined the parcels are no longer needed for state purposes and conveyance to Two Harbors serves the state's interests.

First parcel contains approximately 14.5 acres in Government Lot 1, Section 1, Township 52 North, Range 11 West (Lake County, parcel ID 23-7600-01415); second parcel is in Government Lot 3, Section 6, Township 52 North, Range 10 West, excluding minerals (parcel ID 23-7600-06605).
