Public works facility project funding increases from $22,000,000 to $24,000,000 plus associated bonding costs.

Police department facility project funding increases from $15,000,000 to $18,000,000 plus associated bonding costs.

City may issue bonds up to $24,000,000 for public works and $18,000,000 for police facility, exempt from state debt limitations and levy restrictions.

Sales tax expires at the earlier of 40 years after implementation or when city receives $42,000,000 to fund the projects plus bond-related costs.
