Adds the 10th Avenue regional corridor project as an authorized use of Waite Park's local sales tax revenues, with funding up to $15,500,000 plus associated bonding costs

Expands the city's bonding authority to include $15,500,000 for the new corridor project, in addition to existing authorizations for regional trail connections ($7,500,000) and a public safety facility ($20,000,000)

Extends the maximum duration of the local sales tax from 19 years to 20 years after first imposed

Exempts the new corridor project from certain statutory requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 297A.99 regarding local sales tax use

Takes effect the day after Waite Park's governing body and chief clerical officer complete required compliance procedures
