Appropriates $53,300,000 in fiscal year 2023 to the city of Eden Prairie for predesign, design, engineering, and construction of 11 road projects including Dell Road, Riverview Road, Duck Lake Trail, and other local streets and utilities, with funds available until June 30, 2029.

Appropriates $31,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 to reconstruct the interchange at marked Trunk Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, with the commissioner authorized to make grants to Hennepin County and Eden Prairie, available until June 30, 2028.

Appropriates $22,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 to reconstruct the interchange at marked U.S. Highway 169 and Valley View Road, including related intersections in Eden Prairie and Edina, with the commissioner authorized to make grants to both cities, available until June 30, 2028.

Total appropriation of $106,300,000 from the general fund for transportation improvements in Eden Prairie and Edina.
