Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and federally recognized Indian Tribes from court filing fees for child support enforcement or modification, medical assistance enforcement, and establishment of parentage actions.

Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and federally recognized Indian Tribes from court fees for civil commitment proceedings under chapter 253B.

Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and federally recognized Indian Tribes from court fees for public conservator or public guardian appointments and related actions under chapters 252A and 525.

Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and federally recognized Indian Tribes from court fees for relief actions under chapters 256, 257, 260, 260A, 260B, 260C, 260D, 518, and sections 524.5-201 to 524.5-317.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2021 Supplement, section 357.021, subdivision 1a, to add new paragraph (e) establishing these fee exemptions.
