Adds new definition of "public assistance program" to Minnesota Statutes, including federal, state, or local rental assistance, rent supplements, and housing choice vouchers.

Prohibits property owners, lessees, managing agents, and real estate brokers from refusing to rent or lease property based on a tenant's status with regard to public assistance or participation in a public assistance program.

Expands fair housing discrimination protections to include discrimination in the terms, conditions, or privileges of rental or lease based on public assistance status or program participation.

Prohibits printing, posting, or circulating advertisements, applications, or inquiries that express any limitation or discrimination based on public assistance status or program participation.

Applies protections uniformly to both property owners and real estate professionals in all real property transactions.
