Funds designated for design, construction, and equipment of renovations to the preliminary treatment building and septage/wastewater receiving station.

Appropriation includes money for renovation, repairs, replacement of facility components, site improvements, and associated demolition for this phase of the project.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,900,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Appropriation is available only when the commissioner determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project as required by Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502.
