Increases appropriation to Minnesota Humanities Center from $3,150,000 to $3,250,000 for arts and cultural heritage grants.

Allocates $1,200,000 annually to children's museums for arts and cultural exhibits, including $525,000-$375,000 to Minnesota Children's Museum and $50,000 annually for a permanent STEM exhibit in Rochester.

Provides $850,000 annually through a competitive grants program to preserve and promote Minnesota's cultural heritage, with priority given to indigenous arts programs and immigrant community arts organizations.

Designates $250,000 in year one for Hmong heritage programming, $250,000 in year one for Somali heritage programming, and $250,000 in year two for African American and black communities programming.

Allocates $100,000 annually to civics education organizations including Minnesota Civic Youth, Learning Law and Democracy Foundation, and YMCA Youth in Government.
