Appropriates $2,324,175,000 from the state fiscal recovery federal fund and $405,825,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2022 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for unemployment insurance trust fund purposes.

Requires the commissioner to determine outstanding federal unemployment insurance trust fund loans and accrued interest within ten days of enactment and issue full payment to the federal trust fund.

Directs the commissioner to deposit all remaining appropriated funds into the state unemployment insurance trust fund following complete repayment of federal loans.

Makes technical corrections to Laws 2022, chapter 50, article 1, section 1 by changing reference language from "this section" to "this article."
