Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 122A.26, subdivision 2 to modify provisions related to continuing contract and tenure status of community education teachers

Teachers in community education programs qualifying for aid under section 124D.52, early childhood and family education programs, and community education courses offered for graduation credit to persons under 18 must continue meeting licensure requirements as teachers

Drivers training instructors in community education programs serving persons under 18 must be licensed by the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board or be subject to section 171.35

Licenses required for community education instructors shall not classify individuals as teachers for purposes of continuing contract and tenure protections under sections 122A.40 and 122A.41
