Amends the definition of "farm winery" in Minnesota Statutes section 340A.101, subdivision 11, to remove the requirement that the winery be "operated by the owner of a Minnesota farm."

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 340A.315, subdivision 9, which previously required farm winery licenses to be issued only for operations on agricultural land with an agricultural classification, zone, or conditional use permit.

Maintains the existing requirement that farm wineries produce table, sparkling, or fortified wines with a majority of ingredients grown or produced in Minnesota.

Eliminates agricultural land and operational restrictions for new farm winery licenses while grandfathering in wineries licensed prior to March 1, 2012.
