Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 256J.30, subdivision 8, regarding Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) household report forms

Requires county agencies to contact caregivers by phone or in writing to acquire necessary information to complete incomplete MFIP household report forms, rather than returning the incomplete form

Automated eligibility system must send notice of proposed termination by approximately the 16th of the month if a complete form is not received, with termination valid unless a complete form is submitted before month's end

Assistance units submitting complete forms within one calendar month after the month due are considered to have continued their application, with assistance paid from the first day of that calendar month

Establishes five categories of good cause exemptions from reporting requirements, including employer delays, lack of agency assistance, failure to receive form, caregiver illness or incapacity, and other unavoidable circumstances
