Extends the expiration date of the Farmer-Lender Mediation Act from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2027.

Increases the period creditors cannot enforce eligible debts against agricultural property from 90 days to 120 days after a debtor files a mediation request.

Extends the mediation period from up to 60 days to up to 90 days after the initial mediation meeting.

Increases the court-supervised mandatory mediation period from 60 days to 90 days when a creditor fails to participate in good faith.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment and applies to mediation proceedings already in progress and those beginning after enactment.
