Appropriates $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Public Safety for the Office of Justice Programs

Directs the Office of Justice Programs to award grants to crime victim survivors to support their needs and mitigate the impacts of crime

Requires the director to develop grant eligibility requirements and fund distribution mechanisms in consultation with Violence Free Minnesota, the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault, Minnesota Alliance on Crime, the Minnesota Indian Women Sexual Assault Coalition, and Sacred Hoop Coalition
