Amends Minnesota Statutes section 340A.22, subdivision 2, regarding microdistillery cocktail room licenses.

Allows microdistillery cocktail rooms to operate on Sundays if authorized by the municipality, notwithstanding existing restrictions in section 340A.504, subdivision 3.

Permits license holders to also operate a restaurant at the distillery location alongside the cocktail room license.

Adds requirement for municipalities to notify the state commissioner within 10 days of issuing, transferring, canceling, suspending, or revoking a microdistillery cocktail room license.

Modifies restrictions on holding both cocktail room and taproom licenses to allow entities that held both licenses prior to August 20, 2014, to maintain colocation.
