Increases the pupil transportation adjustment percentage from 18.2 percent to 70 percent for independent, common, and special school districts under Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 126C.10, subdivision 18a.

The adjustment applies to the difference between a district's total transportation costs (including depreciation) and the sum of baseline revenue components including basic revenue percentage, sparsity revenue, charter school transportation adjustment, and reimbursements.

Charter schools receive a pupil transportation adjustment equal to the school district per pupil adjustment calculation.

The changes are effective for revenue beginning in fiscal year 2022 and later.
