Prohibits secondary pupils from being displaced once enrolled in a postsecondary course under this section.

Requires postsecondary institutions to enroll qualified veteran students in the same course as secondary pupils when institutional enrollment timelines were not practicable.

Allows secondary pupils to enroll in online postsecondary courses consistent with institutional policies for postsecondary pupil enrollment.

Requires school districts to adopt equal grade point average policies for concurrent enrollment courses and other postsecondary enrollment options, with annual publication of weighted grade course lists on district websites.
