Impeaches Sara Grewing, Assistant Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District, for allegedly violating the U.S. Constitution and Minnesota election law related to the 2020 presidential election.

Argues that Judge Grewing approved consent decrees (LaRose v. Simon and related cases) that allowed the Secretary of State to extend absentee ballot receipt deadlines beyond those set by Minnesota statute, in violation of the federal Elections Clause.

Contends that only the Minnesota Legislature has authority under Article II of the U.S. Constitution to determine the manner of conducting presidential elections and that neither the Secretary of State nor a state judge can override legislative election deadlines.

Requires Judge Grewing to be suspended from her duties immediately upon resolution adoption and permits her to resume duties only if acquitted by the Minnesota Senate.

Directs the House Chief Clerk to prepare and transmit an enrolled copy of the resolution to the Governor, Secretary of State, and Senate leadership as notice of impeachment.
